The Graduate School is pleased to announce that travel grants are available to assist graduate students presenting papers and poster sessions at professional meetings and/or conferences.

To request a travel grant complete this form at least one week prior to the actual meeting/conference.

Graduate Student Travel Grant Form

The Graduate School is pleased to announce that travel grants are available to assist graduate students presenting papers and poster sessions at professional meetings and/or conferences.  Travel grants will not exceed $200 per student per conference or $400 per student per year.

Note: Students receiving travel grants will be expected to participate in the Research Day graduate student appreciation event held each Spring, for the academic year that they receive the travel grant.

To request a travel grant complete this form at least one week prior to the actual meeting/conference.  Any field with an * next to it means it is a required field.

A few people encounter errors using this form - should this happen do the following:

Close your browser window and wait a short while and then try again - this often resolves the problem.  If it continues please email Sharon Andrews and include all the information you would have provided in the registration form.  Also it would be helpful to provide the following information relating to any error you received:

  • Date and Time you tried to register (very important)

  • Any error messages you got.
