Our lives are full of opportunities and responsibilities. This program offers a way to look at your personal wellness as a way to better understand and cope with stress. You’ll learn about the 8 dimensions of wellness, and be guided through creative activities to help you become more aware of just how full your life is and what you can do to actively bring more balance to your well-being. We’ll also introduce a variety of wellness-related resources available to you here at UNH.
