Graduate Research Conference 2022

The 2022 Graduate Research Conference (GRC) is here! The conference will take place on April 11th and 12th at the Hamel Recreation Center with a variety of amenities offered to those who participate.

The 2022 GRC will have 3 main events:

  • The Poster Session will be held on Monday, April 11th 4-5pm at the Hamel Rec Center on the East MAC basketball courts. There will be a cash bar and catered snacks, as well as the opportunity to get a free professional headshot taken on the spot! 
  • The Graduate Student Awards Ceremony will take place on Monday, April 11th 5-6pm in the Hamel Rec Center Demo Kitchen following the poster session. There will also be a cash bar and catered dinner for all who attend!
  • The Oral Sessions will be scheduled throughout the day on Tuesday, April 12th in the Hamel Rec Center Demo Kitchen. Stay tuned for the schedule!
As a part of Graduate Student Appreciation Week, all in-person participants will be offered free lunch at Holloway Commons or a $10 Big Bean gift card to spend however you want! There will also be two separate awards opportunities for eligible students worth $500 each (postdocs are not eligible). More details on the awards will be provided during registration. Can’t make it to our in-person events? No problem. You will be able to upload your poster or talk to our online media gallery, but you are still required to register.
